"This is an international ministry filled with God's healing, love, and compassion." Mrs. Tracy Lee Foreman was born on May 31, 1974 to the late Mr. Henry McDuffy and Mrs. Linda McDuffy, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She recieved the gift of Salvation at the age of 9 in front of a Methodist Congregation in 1983. She also recieved the Baptism of the Holy Spirit at the age of 19, in her aunt's kitchen. Although, her mother had many challenges raising Tracy, she was the key element to who she is today.
Tracy grew up without her father, because he died in the hospital after a tragic car accident. Her mother deeply loved her father, and this painful loss only added to her years of struggling with alcohol abuse. Tracy was the 4th child out of five children, and her mother always felt while she was carrying Tracy, that she would be a very special child.
So at the age of 9 years old, when Tracy gave her life to the Lord, her mother had already went through withdrawal from alcohol abuse, and recovery with no help from doctors or AA Groups, it was God, and God alone that delivered and brought Linda McDuffy out of the darkness into His marvellous light! She was on her way to total healing, and until this very day she never looked back at that lifestyle again. As you can see, it was Tracy's mother, that constantly pushed her to participate in many activities in the church such as: singing on the choir, ushering, and speaking in front their very large Methodist congregation. Her mother was always that voice that told her, "Baby, you can do it, you can make it!"
As time went past she encountered many obstacles, but inspite of it all God called her to preach His word. She was birthed into the ministry in March of 1997 by the Late Great Apostle R. K. West, of Genesis Church Of God in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the age of 21 years old. She clearly heard the the Lord's Call while in an old fashioned tarrying service, kneeling beside Apostle West in prayer. Shortly thereafter, A New Woman Ministries came forth while she was going through a difficult time in her young adult life and first marriage. The Holy Spirit literally took her hand while sitting in her little two bedroom trailer at the kitchen table, and she began to write down a vision of healing and deliverance for women from all ethnic groups and walks of life. At this particular time she did not know what a vision was, so she put it away for a season. Then one day the Lord told to take the vision out again, read over it, and to begin having women's conferences. A New Woman Ministries is just one of the many ministries God has blessed her to birth forth. She is especially called to young women ages 14-21, for these are the times in which the enemy tried to destroy her and take her very life.
This unique, and radical young woman walks in a very strong Apostolic/Prophetic anointing, for God has graced her to operate in every area of the five-fold ministry, as an Evangelist in the year of 2000, then quickly He elevated her to Prophetess in the year of 2003, and much to her surprise; the office of a Pastor in 2007, and now and then in the year of 2008 the office of an Apostle. Recently, in 2009 she has just come under the dynamic ministry of Apostle Stacey Woods, who is the pastor & founder of Promise Center, A Kingdom Apostolic Ministry, in Birmingham, Alabama. Apostle Woods is very well known all over the internet, one being the Dimentions of Stacey a powerful and inspirational channel on youtube.
Her testimony consists of stories of abuse, molestation, rape, mental/emotional/ physical abuse, divorce, sexual perversion, promiscuity, depression, oppression, loneliness, single motherhood, abandonment, incarceration, clergy abuse, anger issues, bitterness, hatred, torment, adultery, fornication, lesbianism, living the "club" life, being homeless, having her children taken from her, and also to the point of almost losing her mind. This humble vessel of honor is also multi-gifted by the precious spirit of God. She is also a writer, singer, entreprenuer, conference administrator, mentor, leader, poet, intercessor, web designer, encourager, and revelatory teacher. She is now happily married to her God ordained Soul Mate & Boaz, Apostle Emanuel Foreman, together they are grooming and raising six anointed children. Currently, in this season the "Radical Apostles" are now rebuilding the vision God gave them several years ago, in Apostle Tracy's hometown, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. They recently relocated in July 2009, but the headquarters for A New Woman Ministries is still in Charlotte, North Carolina. Winston-Salem is the place in which God has promised her that the harvest of souls would be great, as long as she continues to walk in obedience.
In closing, A New Woman is an living example that God is truely a deliverer because she firmly believes that; "It's not about the numbers, it's about the souls!"
