"Smile with the eyes that God gave you."

This morning I woke up with many things on my mind, for some time now the Lord has been pressing on my spirit to blog more often on this site. I have been fighting it because my writing can go so deep, it hurts. I honestly think that I can express my feelings in my writing much better than I can express them out of my mouth. Maybe, there is a deeper side of my heart that only I want God to see, but evidently He wants the world to see also. It's very easy for us to say that our lives are not our own, but when it comes down to putting it into action we often fail. I am guilty of that, for I still have some painful childhood issues that spring up in my mind every now and then. I often get choked up, look to heaven, and whisper, "God...please help me." These things come to slow me down, and make me give up. That is why I thank Him for faith, because I don't have to see it, all I know is that if I believe, I can make it through anything.

One day one of the "foundational members" of A New Woman Ministries, left me a comment and it said, "Apostle, continue to smile with the eyes that God gave you." When I read it, immediately I knew what God was saying through her. Then when we talked on the phone, she elaborated on it again saying, "Lord, look at this one, her eyes are smiling, something about her eyes, I see you in her eyes." I was too emotional to say anything, my heart melted on the inside. You see when I woke up this morning, I had a flashback to my childhood. When I often look at the pictures, in which my mother loves to show off, or just for the family to gather together to reminisce and laugh. Every picture she has of me, shows a happy little girl. Smiling, posing for the camera, and glowing with so much love...as if to say, "I am very happy I am here, very happy to be alive." And you know what, "I truely was, so happy to be alive, happy to be me." If you know my testimony it will puzzle you, all the things I went through, how did I maintain? Well reader, that is just the general view of my testimony, may I go deeper?

As a child, I was abandoned many times by my mother, due to alcoholism. Pushed to the edge by many events in her own life, she felt it left her no other choice, but to "drink" her problems away. Somehow I understood that, I did. Living with my grandmother was literally a living "hell". I was beat with thin black extension cords, small branches off bushes braided together, one time I was beat like when my skin was wet after taking a shower. I was told, "Your mother don't love you, if she did, she would be here now." and called names that I should have discovered from the outside world, called the streets. Yes, my blood grandmother called me, whores, heifers, and bitches. Now for those "sanctified" people, look up the meaning of these words in your dictionary. We all know what a whore is, a woman that trades her body in the form of sex for money, a heifer is a female cow, a bitch is a female dog. How could I have been all those horrible things, I was only an innocent child? Everyday, I could remember the screaming and yelling throughout the house, there was never any peace, always turmoil. I could remember how I would ask my grandmother for a dime just to get me a cookie for desert during lunch time at school. She would scream, roll her eyes and say, "No! I don't have any money, and don't ask me again!" . I would often ponder in my mind, "No money, did she say she had no money?" Even as a child I knew that she was lying, I later discovered that she was recieving a check every month for me and my baby sista, food stamps, section 8 for housing. Not to mention the other money she was recieving for herself and other family members in the house. Grandma was loaded with money, and tight like two butt cheeks. She was a mean, hateful, and evil woman even until this very day. (Lord, help her soul.)

But through it all, I was able to maintain good grades in school, take care of my baby sister, pray, and read the bible to her every night. My baby sister on the other hand was sad all the time, her pretty baby doll face, showed so much misery and fear. She was nervous all the time, she just couldn't handle what was going on. I can remember when my grandmother would get angry during dinner time. My sister was a very picky light eater. My grandmother would literally force the food down her throat and dare her to throw it up. My eyes would well up with tears, so much so, I would give my sister the heads-up on what was for dinner every evening before we even sat down at the table. Then if she couldn't eat the food, I would sneak and eat some for her, when Grandma would leave the kitchen. We couldn't throw it away, because she would check the garbage can really good after we ate.

Believe it or not, I was never bitter, I loved my grandmother very much. I was still respectful, and obedient. I never blamed my mother for any of these events, I knew that it was the devil. How did I know it was him, I knew that because I had seen him with red glowing eyes, peering at me from my bedroom closet at night. I hated to leave the closet door open, I referred to it as "the closet monster." Of course my family laughed, and they didn't believe me. But one of my cousins finally did when she saw it too with her own eyes. This same "closet monster", followed me into my adulthood, until I was delivered by the power of prayer and the anointing of the Holy Ghost.

I had no role models, no one to teach me how to be a lady, no one to pray and declare the word over my life. No one to tell me how pretty I was, and how great of a woman I was going to be one day. I personally feel that I was filled with the Holy Ghost in my mother's womb. There was no way that the average person could have experienced this, and not be crazy. How was I to know to pray, read my bible, and speak positive things over my own life...it was God, it was Him! My mother told me that she felt that I was a special child while she carried me. She was an alcoholic even then, but stopped drinking for the majority of her pregnancy. But she always knew something was special about me.

Now that I am saved, and living holy, the troubles of this life seem to burden me down so much. I look in the mirror, and in my eyes I can't see that "smile" at times. That really disturbs me, because what I have been through in my lifetime, doesn't compare to what I am suffering for the Gospel's sake. I have God in my life, His word, His spirit, His grace, His mercy. No one can take away what He has given me. I have been saved, and set free from the yoke of the bondage of sin. God now calls me His friend. He told me in James 1:2-3, "My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience." So with that in my mind, these challenges that come on a daily basis while in ministry, I will overcome them over and over again. Reader, even you must remember that for your own life. Think about all you have gone through, don't you dare allow the enemy to defeat you in your walk with Christ. You are not the same person you used to be, you are His child and He will take care of you. As long as you continue to know Him in the fellowship of His suffering, (Phillipians 3:10) you will not fail!

So in conclusion, "I will continue to smile with these eyes that God gave me, because my eyes are the windows to my soul, and my soul truely loves Jesus, Oh, bless His holy name."

Today's Prayer:

"Dear Lord, please forgive me for being ungrateful about the things that you have brought me through. I acknowledge your protection, love, and peace over my life right now. Help me to continue to have that unspeakable joy that you make available to me each and every day. I know you to a be my present help in the time of trouble. What I am going through now, is only for a moment, and this too shall pass! I love you from the depths of my heart, for you are my solid rock and my redeemer. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."

H.L.C. Miracle Project

H.L.C. Miracle Project, (HLC stands for Healing, Love, & Compassion) God gave me a vision about a few years ago about giving Free Care Packages to women on the streets, and those in less fortunate neighborhoods. He showed me a table where I set up with hot soup, drinks, crackers/bread, and packages filled with tolietries such as toothbrushes, toothpastes, personal items, gift cards, pampers, pull-ups, wipes, etc. I wanted to do it then, but it wasn't the time. I am now seeing it in my spirit for the city I reside in now. I KNOW that now is the time! This is going to be a great move of God, I will also include the ministry newsletters and flyers about our wonderful services and events we have on a regular basis. I am asking those that can and will, please help me with this Cause. I know that it is a trying time for everyone, but the best way to see God move in our lives, and to experience His miraculous overflow, is to give our way out. What's Wrong With Being Gay?

The issue of homosexual behavior has had a lot of publicity of late. Homosexuals say that the slaves have been freed and women have been liberated, so gay rights are long overdue. Society does seem to be moving in that direction. Many homosexuals are “coming out” and openly declaring their homosexuality. In many parts of the western world, homosexual couples receive the same recognition as heterosexual couples with regard to social security benefits. Some church leaders are giving their blessing to homosexual relationships, homosexual church members and even homosexual ministers.

Many homosexuals' claim that…

1.They are made that way.

2.Homosexuality is of no harm to the participants or to anyone else.

3.If it feels right to those involved, it is nobody else's business.

I have several ladies inform me that they will be registering! So let's get focused on our destinies and mandates in this hour! Get your calendars and schedule organizers before you. It is imperative to be on time to all meetings, and operate in the spirit of excellence! Your ministries depend on this. NO procrastination, get rid of laziness, so that you can embrace your elevation on a daily basis. Pray and ask God's permission before loading down your schedule with unnecessary things. This is a testimony a woman of God sent to my FB email concerning her testimony about the Clarion Call For Prayer on Thursday, August 6, 2009; for Prophetess Coles, our Moderator for that night, read in it's entirety...this is truely a blessing!

LORD I NEED CONFIRMATION! WHAT! AFTER ALL THAT I'VE TOLD YOU, YOU STILL NEED CONFIRMATION! OK SO HERE IT IS.

Prophetess Coles as I told you I was in conference with the Lord for correction in my life. I needed instructions and reassurance concerning some things that He said he would do. I want to share with you how connected you were in the spirit to what took place during my conference. You said something about us being anointed to be better mother, sister. This is one of the prayers that I delivered to the Lord. I have to be the best at it! I've received many words concerning my life. I've been told the Lord wants me to speak prophetically into peoples lives; He has plans to use me to heal the sick and broken hearted. My favorite one is to sing and write songs. I love to sing, yet I still don't have the boldness. You talked about the feelings of bondage and that's exactly what I discussed with the Lord. I need to sing I have to do this. I'm right there; this is what we talked about. Forty minutes into the broadcast I started thinking you had a free pass or something to my personal conference. I kept hearing the Lord say, "Arise, I have a lot for you to do" You said the same thing, Arise!" He also said no more procrastination, let's get moving. Get ready because the time is coming fast. Prophetess Cole you said the same thing. He said forget about what the devil did to your mother, your father your kids, forget about all of it. Get ready!!! He said don't focus on the molestations, the poverty, the lies, the ill words spoken toward you. Forget about what gmom did because she hated your dad. Forget about the fact that your dad was not dad, forget about that drunken self father who dragged your mother by her hair as if she was NOTHING. For get about all that, no matter how much the pain hurts when you saw your mother's skin break open on her death bed, forget about all that, because you need to get ready. These are the same things you said. Prophetess I didn't even need to come on last night, because I had already received this word before I got there. God said to me you are not waiting for me, I'm waiting on you. So get ready!!!! You talked about the spirit of frustration because of not aligning things properly. I got that, He told me that. Also you mentioned tears, crying. The Lord say, while you're going through this don't cry, don't give the enemy satisfaction while you're going through. Because even though he knows you'll win, he will still stand up and laugh. She's crying! It's the same thing, you said it. You also talked about divine instructions on how to clear things to move to the next level. I got that too! You said enough is enough I'm tired of this. I got that too! I was screaming that one out during my conference. During the conference I said to the Lord I dare you, I double dare you to do it in my life. You said the same thing. Dare God! You said I'm going to move in your life so fast and you're not going to be ready so prepare. I got it. You said that something about being on a platform witnessing before thousand of what He has done in your life. I said the same thing to him in my conference. The funny thing about all that is, the vision he gave me I'm on a platform but the first time I got the vision was about fours years ago. The place was so small. As time went on I could see hundreds of people there, and when you spoke this word last night about the platform that vision popped up and shot across like a fire in a forest. I was like wow, look at all those people. Thousands of people! When you spoke about the jumper cables all I could think of was how I continued to jump, because I never jump. I just could not stop jumping, jumping like somebody crazy. I guess that's just what I was doing jumping to get the jump starter (LOL). And when ( ?) Minister Kimberly said bloody show, the tears started to form in my eyes. Sweet Jesus! I saw those cables like one golden arch on McDonald's it was red and plugged into me. Hallelujah Jesus! Now when this last woman of God was speaking, I honestly thought that she was giving that word directly to me. People don't understand me. I?m in a world of my own. That's how I feel. She mentioned something about writing a book. I'm been talking about this book for about four years now. She said you been asking when is my season, they have theirs. Prophetess I said the SAME THING. She mentioned that He moved hindrances out of your way. Prophetess I have isolated myself from a lot of people, family included because I NEED God. She mentioned something about going through a trial last year. That was me, I can't begin to tell you how bad it was. Some of what I had gone threw came from family. When she spoke about being lifted up like a ballon that was how I felt during my conference. It was like I was floating, I felt tall and big and bold. She talked about hiding, and I tried doing a lot of that. The bible says your gift will surely find you out. One thing I have never heard was intercessor, but I receive it in the name of Jesus. I remember a night that I was sound asleep and the Lord woke me up to pray for a person who lived in a state that I had never visited, and I don't even know anyone with that name. As much as I like to sleep I got up and I prayed for this individual. So I receive it, anything he has called me to do I just do it. I want to thank you for that word you give me concerning blockage and how you cover my mind and the stirring up of the gift of sight. The one thing that you said, that let's me know the purpose for MY conference was not a waste. You said the word new. That word was like an alarm in my head. That is how He will help me, it has to be NEW. God bless you. Now for your word, I got this word before the broadcast. So when I heard you speak I was like omgoodness I just can't take this anymore. I prayed for you during the conference I had, and I spoke to the Lord and asked what could I do for her. What could I say to her. You know what he told me. Tell her that the plan she has she needs to go on with it. DO NOT be afraid, because I am with you all the way. I have no idea what He was talking about and if you know and are able to share, please do. But it almost appeared to be something like a business or a ministry that you wanted to do and you were afraid. The Lord said fear not, let's do this. "Your Logic Isn't Faith!"

For many years I have been tossed in my between logic and faith. The dictionary in a nutshell tells us that logic is the science of correct reasoning and faith is unquestioning belief that does not require proof or evidence. Now that's very interesting here, because in Hebrews 11:1 it says: "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Well in the definition I just shared, it say that is doesn't require evidence, but the Bible says it is the evidence of things not seen. Think about it for a moment. Still can't figure this out? Okay let me break this down for you, this type of evidence here is that which people expect to see. When God tells us to do something, NOBODY can see it, It's seems impossible! There's no way on this green earth that it can be done! It doesn't equal out to the money or support you have in your life! You are crazy! You have just lost your ever-loving mind! So if the Bible is telling us that it's the evidence of things not seen, and then the dictionary is telling us that it doesn't require evidence, so to bring it all together this is simply saying, FAITH is something that does not require for anyone to see the evidence or proof, it can't be seen, it's FAITH! You just know that it's the substance of the things you deeply hope for. Then out of that strong belief you will see God's hand move in a miraculous way! Well here's my testimony: My husband and I have been instructed by God to move back to my hometown Winston-Salem, North Carolina. A little country city much slower than the big city life of Charlotte, North Carolina. The Lord also told me that I have to complete my work here, and that the harvest was very plenteous in homes, land, finances, and ministry. I was like, "Lord, are you serious? In this boring place?" So in that my logic thinking, I couldn't scientifically put it together, because wasn't adding up mathematically. And we all know, the first thing we need to figure out a problem scientifically is mathematics. So when my logic failed me there, I was then forced to allow my spirit man to kick in, therefore, FAITH was the only way I was going to really digest what God was showing me. So my belief in what He said, made me step out and I am seeing results already! It hasn't even been a whole 2 months yet! NOW Faith....we can't wait for people, or even our finances to come together we must believe, and we will see the substance-in other words that impossible vision or idea will become tangible, no longer will it just be a thought, but now you will be able to physically see it, touch it, smell it, walk in it, drive it, experience it, collect it, enjoy it, feel it! MY GOD! MY GOD! Before you know it, it has already manifested!

PRAISE GOD RIGHT NOW FOR THIS REVELATION! GLORY TO HIS NAME! But there's more. My husband and I started to "plan" our budget, how we were going to do this and that. He had a job in place, I have my unemployment, but guess what? FLOP went our plan, the job he had in place all of a sudden was about to end in a few weeks, my unemployment (I just recently found out) will also end in a couple of weeks. Mind you, two weeks ago, God lead us to the Flea Market and told me to start going there on the weekends and open up my store to begin selling my product line, the Royalty Spa Collection. I was excited and "I" decided that "my" goal would be to start in September. All the while I heard the Holy Spirit say quietly in my spirit, "No Tracy August." I pushed that voice to the side, because my plans logically and financially told me September. WOW! Now with the FLOP in my plans, I have no choice but to walk by faith and not by sight, and obey the word of the Lord. We must realize this one thing, when God tells us to do something, he will bless it and prosperous it, because of our faith in Him. He simply delights in all His children that trusts him! So just count me as a new member of the CRAZY FAITH SAINTS! (lol) Any of you ladies want to join me? Share your story here, and let me know that I am not alone! And help her in whatever matter she may require assistance from you, for she has been a helper of many including myself [shielding us from suffering]. Looking at this scripture I must concede if a woman can be a deacon she can be a Bishop (Glorified Elder,Overseer) When u look up this word Bishop it really means an overseer so why is there so much hype over this desired office. It takes a desire it is not a sent office and I think that it is a necessary administrative office but it is not only a man that can operate in this gift. The Lord must seem very limited to some of us who keep telling Him that He cannot change with the times. We are in the year 2009 and we still want to hold everyone to a cultural standard that was in effect 2009 years ago. is this the USA? I have heard of prophets and prophetess, but Ive never heard the term bishopess. Its true that the bible says this is a desired position or title. I think the reason the bible states that is because we have the tendency to ask for things in life but we're not willing to involve ourselves with the things that come along with that position or title. Some of us cry, we want many children or we want a dog, or we want to be a doctor. But are we willing to get up 3am to feed the babies or walk the dog, or even go to the hospital to check a patient. If you can say yes with all sincerity in your heart that you are going to wake up to feed the babies, go on doctors appointment, school meetings, then you FIT the description of someone who desires children. Bishop is not some title you can say hey Ill be bishop today and not tomorrow. It requires someone who has their emotions under control; under subjection and complete submission to the Lord. What am I saying, you can desire all you want, but if youre not gifted thats a problem. It takes a special gift to raise a family; it takes a special gift to be a doctor; it takes a special gift to care for animals (something I dont have). So first before anything know if you fit the characteristics of a bishop. In Titus 1:7 it talks about the characteristics of a bishop. You will also discover that elder and bishops were different names operating in the same office. One thing I do know is that God's word never changed. He is the same yesterday today and forever more. 1Timothy 3:1-7 we get into deeper depth of the characteristics of a bishop. There are woman who call themselves bishops but when you analyze what the word of God says and compare it to what you've seen in their lives it raises some questions. Irrespective of the fact that a person may or may not be operating in their calling is not the question for me, when it comes to dealing with that individual. The bible tells us to test all spirits. There are some people that I know who teaches, and very nice people are and you can trust them with anything. But are they operating in their talent, NOPE. Whether you are an elder, leader, or bishop and you are still doing the works of the Lord applaud yourself, because when we leave this assignment we are judged by one God, and your title will be meaningless. ~Plain ol' Grace
