Chief-Apostle Rodrequez M. Dover,PhD; a native of South Carolina where he was cultured and educated. BornRodrequez M. Dover the first of nine children to his dad Ricky B. McCrorey andthe second son out of three to his mother Wanda. Dover. Apostle Dover wasreared by who he knows to be his beloved Grandfather James O. Harris and hismother and sister all being Holy Ghost fill. The three people that reared himwas symbolic to the trinity Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. He is married to ElderRonnette M. Dover and his love for his wife is as strong as Christ love is forChurch.

Apostle Dover was filled with the Holy Ghost at a young age of six under theMinistry of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church under the evangelististic leadership ofPastor Abate (Richburg, SC).

Apostle Dover was confirmed a Prophet of God at the age of twelve under theleadership of the Pastor W.J. Baxter at Loving Charity Baptist Church(Richburg, SC). Between the age of seventeen and twenty; it was evident by theplethora of demonic attacks assigned to Apostle R.M. Dover’s life that he wasdestined for Kingdom Building Assignment.

At the age of eighteen, Apostle Dover Relocated to Lancaster, SC to embrace hisdestiny. Serving under the umbrella of The Late Honorable Chief-Apostle JeromeHenderson and Apostle elect Joyce Harris (New York, NY) as a Prophet he learnedthe meaning of covenant and acquiesced to a commitment to God that would leadhim to the next level of education for purpose. This was acquired through yearsof servitude to The Late Honorable Chief-Apostle Jerome Henderson. It was herethat Apostle Dover answered his call to the Pastorate.

On April 24, 2005 in Lancaster, SC with twelve members (of which two serve inthe Pastoral ministry with the New Hope Apostolic Church), he birthed ShiningLight Ministry Inc.
